Brain Hack: Back To School
With kids back in school this week, our schedules as parents get more complex. We are forced to become the master planners. Scheduling drop off and pick ups, carpool, soccer practice, lessons, parent teacher back to school night etc.
If you’re like me, you find yourself more anxious — which means potentially
– missing an appointments or meetings,
– showing up to an appointment on the wrong day
– and other things…
because many times things were all written down “in my head” or I didn’t read the email carefully enough.
This transition can make us feel disorganized and chaotic.
