You can’t have it all, or can you?

We all have so many choices with what we want out of life, what we value, how we spend our time etc. These choices are complex and causing us loads of stress anxiety and overwhelm when we are not thinking strategically and consciously choosing what aligns with our long term legacy vision.

In this brain hack, I’m going to outline a framework with 7 dimensions (areas of your life) to use which will help you assess the value of each choice you make, the opportunity costs (time, energy and resource investment) and the benefits of sequencing your goals.
