I hate meetings. We all have an endless amount of meetings. Meetings never really go away. We plan for them, we have them, and what results from most meetings?   — more meetings.

The problem is that we are not measured by our meeting attendance or engagement but on some other criteria… I’m now measured almost solely on my creative output. And there’s no time for it!

When we have no room for work we feel pressured to do work after hours, always feel behind and become anxious about it.

I have learned… that you can only drive in the fast lane so long before the wheels come off.
