In this recording, I will guide you in the ancient art of using the breath to release the mind’s control over your thoughts. This is very powerful when practiced over time. The more often you practice using the breath, the quicker and deeper you will drop into a state of relaxed awareness. In this state you are able to gain clarity, insights, understand someones motivation and calm yourself and others.
