Overview

Over the next four weeks, I will give you the most important tools that I learned from my swami in India. I have reverse engineered these through the lens of neuroscience and will explain how each one is understood in the brain and how to use it to re-wire your stress response permanently. This will have a beautiful effect on your life.

It generally takes 4 months to re-wire a behavior creating a new tendency.

I like to visualize it this way… In the beginning you are creating a new trail in the dirt. By using the trail, it quickly becomes a side road (4 months) and then eventually a super-highway (10 months). This is when the behavior becomes automatic.

This is a gift that will last a lifetime.
